Dear Umpire-In-Chief,

Hello and welcome to The Ump Assigner's information page, www.UmpAssigner.com.  The Ump Assigner is a full featured Umpire Assigning Program.  This page offers information for parties who may be interested in obtaining this program for use in their organization.

My name is Chuck Frye and I am the programmer who designed this program.  I am also an umpire.  I built this program specifically for Umpires and Umpire-In-Chiefs.  Last year I set out to design a program which was more than just an "Assigner" or  a program that sends a umpire to an assignment,

I wanted a full featured umpire management program. I wanted it to offer the  capability to completely manage the umpires assignments, training, and development within an entire organization (ASA's Greater San Joaquin Umpire Association is currently using this program.).   This program is the end result.
