After
logging in, at the Top Right Corner of the program click
"View/Edit My Profile".
From that page, you can change
your username, password, email address, phone number and home
address, set your availability, awards, edit your photo and
avatar settings, or view your public profile.
Awards and Medals: Check
the awards which can be verified as awarded to you by ASA
on their website and update your profile. To check your

Change password
username or email click the appropriate button in your
profile:

My Profile and select the appropriate button. Fill in the

"View/Edit my profile then click

the on screen instructions and dimension requirements.
Photos/Avatars:
Your photos must be hosted somewhere. There are many sites
which host images for free. Photobucket, Imageshack, and
Flickr to name a few. Create an account and you are ready to
go.
Google search is a good place to start. Once
your images are hosted and you know the image properties (right
click on your image and select properties, you are ready to go.
Signature:
Your signature posts at the bottom of every post you make on the
discussion board. HTML is allowed.
You
can set your availability using View/Edit Profile. You can
either enter notes for the assigner (ie "I cannot work
evenings") or you can block dates you are not available.
Simply
enter the date/date range you are not available into the form and
click "Block Dates". You may use the pop up calendar
(you need JavaScript and popups enabled to use the calendar) to
ensure your dates are in proper format.
If
you need to edit a blocked date, click the "unblock" box
for the blocked date and click submit.
